A typical project will take around 2 weeks to create a 4D model that can be used in a planning workshop. At the first workshop we review the model with the team exploring options, programme opportunities and risks.
Following this initial cycle, we continue to develop the 4D model, by adding detail, refining sequences, adding logistics or resourcing information.
Typically further workshops are used to both open up the programme to the wider project team and gain valuable input, and focus on special topics that are identified as risk or opportunity.
We’ve been running 4D planning workshops for over 10 years on hundreds of projects. We have a proven method of gaining maximum advantage from 4D planning processes, leading to enhanced project outcomes.
